Boon

Boon is a very attractive, well put together gelding, that we are very proud to be bringing to the Cody Horse Sale this year. He checks all the boxes! He has been around and done a little bit of everything and is now in the prime of his life and offers his rider a nice reliable ride every time, no matter how much time he has had off. Boon is gentle and easy to get along with. He had some reining training when he was 3 years old and was even shown a few times with great success. Since then, Boon has been mainly used as a ranch and trail horse. Anybody should be able to go for a nice ride on the trail on this guy. He has a one-handed neck rein and is soft and responsive to all cues. He has done the work of a ranch horse and had a few cattle roped off him. He will of course lope nice circles in the correct leads, stop and turn around correctly and with a willing attitude. He has been exposed to all the arena toys and obstacles such as bouncy balls, bull whips, flags, bridges, tarps and ropes and none of it faces him at all. This is a nice all-around drama free horse that will be an asset to any family that brings him home.
