Meet George! George is a 5yr old draft cross gelding that is truly one of a kind. He has been ridden in just about every atmosphere you could imagine and excels in them all. George is a gentle giant with a heart full of try and the kindest soul you will ever meet. We have used him catching and doctoring cattle, ridden him on numerous wagon trains and trail rides, been the lead horse in multiple parades, and so much more. George is an angel for the farrier, loves to be bathed, stands to be tacked and mounted, hobbles excellent and will follow you like a puppy anywhere you go. George is one of the most versatile and athletic draft crosses you will ever find. He is one hand broke, W/T/C, picks up his leads with ease, side passes and rolls back like a Reiner, and just an all-around exceptional gelding. For a 5yr old he has seen more and done more in the last 5years than most horses get to experience in a lifetime. George has been through every obstacle course, the deepest waters, the thickest brush, and the steepest hills. No matter what’s going on from penning buffalo, dragging out deer and hogs, shooting guns off his back, and even lighting fireworks on him on the 4th, he handles all of it with ease and comfort. George loves his neck scratches and is seriously the closest thing you will find to an all-around gentle, but athletic gelding that is well rounded in every aspect.
