I was born and raised in Sturgis, SD where at a young age, for whatever reason, I developed a deep attachment to horses and the western way of life. I participated in youth, 4H, high school, college, amateur, and PRCA rodeos riding saddle broncs. The first time I ever met auctioneer Lynn Weishaar he was a pickup man at a rodeo in Bison, SD. That was a long time ago and things were a lot easier on both of us back then. After college I started buying and selling horses. Over 15 years ago I relocated to Gillette, Wyoming. One of the things I have always admired is a well broke horse and after moving to Gillette I was able to spend time with snaffle bit and reining horsemen and women. I have spent a lot of time the last few years attending clinics, watching videos, and riding with talented people in an attempt to improve the quality of the horses I am selling. At this time I have quit trying to mass produce riding horses and spend my time riding and working with a select few horses.
